D&A has extensive experience working with and obtaining permits from various regulatory agencies. D&A has worked on a number of projects requiring a Sacramento County Encroachment Permit. D&A has a close working relationship with Sacramento County and detailed knowledge of County requirements which makes the permit process run more smoothly. D&A has also obtained encroachment permits through the City of Sacramento, California Department of Transportation, and the Central Valley Flood Protection Board. D&A also has experience working with regulatory agencies such as the California Department of Fish and Game and the Army Corps of Engineers.
