Mr. Domenichelli has over 40 years of experience providing engineering planning, design, and management services to clients throughout the western United States. His expertise spans the study, design, and planning of water, wastewater, and flood control facilities, from major levee systems to master planning for entire counties. His passion for water resources engineering led him to found D&A in 2002, focusing on delivering engineering planning, design, and construction services to public and private clients.
Mr. Domenichelli’s experience includes infrastructure design, master planning, hydro-electric design, and comprehensive project management. He is also well-versed in QA/QC, construction management, and has played a key role in developing and managing reliable, safe water resources for Northern and Central California.
Mr. Heigher has 29 years of experience in the design of lift stations, pump stations, and structural design of water-related structures. His expertise includes structural design, pump station design, and piping system design, along with experience in water treatment plant (WTP) improvement design, storage tank design, and hydro-electric design.
In addition, Mr. Heigher has extensive experience with cost estimating, construction observation, and shop drawing review. He has served as a project engineer for water and wastewater treatment plants, gravity pipelines, force mains, and pump stations. His background covers pump and equipment selection, facility and site layouts, analysis of existing structures, and the design of new structures, including reinforced concrete, steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and timber. His well-rounded expertise in project management and data analysis adds further value to his comprehensive approach to engineering solutions.
Brian is a registered engineer with 17 years of experience, all at Domenichelli & Associates. His expertise spans water systems design, hydraulics, hydrology, and water resources engineering. Proficient in Land Development Desktop (LDD), AutoCAD Civil 3D, H2ONet, XPSWMM, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS, Brian's technical background includes hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for bridges, streams, rivers, and communities across Sacramento, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Placer, and Stanislaus Counties, as well as Guam.
His experience also includes pipeline analysis and design in Sacramento and Santa Clara Counties. With a focus on hydrologic analysis, hydraulic analysis, and hydraulic design, Brian ensures solutions that are both technically sound and grounded in real-world conditions. His expertise encompasses water system modeling, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, surge modeling, infrastructure design, and project management.
Bryon has 5 years of experience exclusively cultivated at D&A, where he has excelled across a broad range of projects with a focus on both large and small diameter pipeline designs. Since joining D&A, Bryon has played a key role in the preparation of pipeline and rehabilitation projects, leveraging his knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D for infrastructure design and plan development.
Bryon’s expertise extends beyond technical design to include plan and bid document preparation, cost estimation, and the implementation of value engineering strategies. He has also provided bid support and regulatory compliance services and has delivered engineering support through construction. Additionally, his proficiency in software development has made him a versatile contributor to the success of many complex projects.
